1. Delivery to mainland UK, offshore UK (N.Ireland, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands).
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. A standard shipment fee of £6.00 - £7.00 postage and package will be added to all orders.
2. Deliveries will normally be made within 7-14 days. You will be advised of any delay, or if the item is not available.
3. Payment to be settled strictly within 30 days, with cheques made payable to Rosanna Rossi.
4. Free carriage charge with orders of £100 and over.
5. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email.
